Anne Leggett

Anne Leggett, LPC

State Clinical Director

Anne has been providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in Virginia since 1999. She is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and Longwood University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition to her sound clinical skills, Anne brings experience in program development and grant writing for numerous school-based prevention programs. She has provided outpatient counseling in her private practice and recently served as Clinical Director for Family Preservation Services. Anne has particular interest in family systems theory and trauma-informed care and uses this approach in supervision and direct consumer services. 

Rob Raborn

Robert K. Raborn, LPC

State Operations Director

Rob joined Sinfonía after serving as a clinician and regional coordinator with Family Preservation Services for the past four years. As Projects Director he is responsible for the oversight and direct management of all integrated community services. Rob is fully committed to ensuring that Virginia families receive quality health care provided by our dedicated employees. He has degrees from the University of Central Florida and Asbury Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. 

Rodney Wilkerson

Rodney Wilkerson

State Director

Rodney started his professional career as a juvenile probation and parole officer with the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice in 1997. After eight years with the Virginia DJJ he joined Family Preservation Services in 2005. During his tenure with FPS, Rodney served as a behavioral specialist, in-home counselor, Therapeutic Day Treatment counselor, Therapeutic Day Treatment Program Manager, CSA Program Supervisor, and Regional Coordinator. Rodney is known for his collaborative work with local agencies and serves on several local Family Assessment and Planning Teams and Community Management and Planning Teams. Rodney has an undergraduate degree from Longwood University and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. He is currently a Resident in Counseling, pursuing licensure as a LPC.
